These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dani Marie Co. website and the services we provide. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Dani Marie Co. provides real estate photography, marketing media, floor plans, sky enhancements, twilight sessions, and property marketing materials to agents, homeowners, builders, and businesses in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written agreement. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Dani Marie Co. reserves the right to require a deposit before scheduling any session.
Pricing is subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.
All photographs, floor plans, and marketing materials created by Dani Marie Co. remain the intellectual property of Dani Marie Co. Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered images for the agreed-upon purpose (e.g., MLS listing, social media, marketing materials).

Dani Marie Co. reserves the right to use delivered images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard delivery is within 24 hours of the completed session. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project. Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready for photography at the scheduled time. Dani Marie Co. is not responsible for delays caused by an unprepared property. Additional fees may apply if a session must be rescheduled due to property readiness.
Dani Marie Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that Dani Marie Co. has lawful access to the property at the time of the session. Any access issues that prevent the session from taking place may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
